Once a visitor enters our buildings we need to ensure that they successfully reach their intended destination with as little fuss and confusion as possible. Difficult enough in a complex layout of corridors and access routes but even in a small building once a visitor comes across a choice of route, this way or that way, the need for clear ambiguous directions are paramount.
